Michael W. McGowan, President, Daniel Capital Management, LTD.
Mr. McGowan is the President and Chairman of Daniel Capital Management LTD. His firm focuses on developing Renewable Energy and Natural Resource opportunities throughout the world, specifically in the biofuel sector. McGowan was the primary founder of Nova Biosource Fuels, Inc. [NBF- AMEX], which has been rated as one of the top publicly-traded biodiesel companies in the world. McGowan has developed several business ventures in biofuels and natural resources throughout the United States, Europe and South America.
Prior to his current endeavors Mr. McGowan spent approximately two decades in the banking and financial management arena as a hedge fund manager (USA Capital LLC), an Institutional Portfolio Manager (Attorneys Liability Protection Society) and as a Trust & Investment Officer (First Interstate Bank).
McGowan serves on several boards as an independent director. He is currently a director for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle, which provides capital advances to banks and lending institutions in the Northwestern region of the United States. He also serves as Chairman of the Montana Servant Leadership board of directors, which provides leadership mentoring based on model of Jesus of Nazareth to students at the University of Montana.
McGowan continues to develop and advise companies throughout Europe and the Americas through an established network of capital funding sources and strategic business relationships and is a regular contributor to several financial websites and periodicals. Jason Greer, Director of Marketing and Business Development
Mr. Greer is Vice President of Marketing at Daniel Capital Management LTD. He develops company valuations, strategic financing solutions, and web-based and traditional marketing platforms for the firm's clients. Greer is one of the primary founders of Nova Biosource Fuels Inc. [NBF- AMEX], which has been rated as one of the top publicly-traded biodiesel companies in the world.
Greer worked as an associate editor of The Energy Report, and is currently the Managing Editor of a premier worldwide financial publication called SmallCap Newsroom. He also serves as a director for International Kiosk Solutions, an emerging company delivering point-of-sale marketing solutions.
For the last 5 years Greer has held the position of Program Director at Camp Agape North West, a pediatric summer camp for children facing a critical illness. In addition, Greer works as a volunteer for philanthropic organizations which positively impact the lives of youth. These organizations include The Community Hospital Scholarship Board, The Missoula Ronald McDonald House, Missoula YoungLife, and The Alpha Omega House for University of Montana Students.
Greer graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, earning degrees in both International Business and Business Marketing. Jason has also earned his Masters Mariners License from the United States Coast Guard.
Michael Swanson, President, TimingWallStreet, Inc.
Swanson is the President of TimingWallStreet, Inc., an independent research company that provides its clients with individual equity analysis and a broad macro-analysis of the stock market and the economy. In addition to his duties as a Director of Daniel Capital Management, LTD (DCM) Michael also acts as a managing director of USA Capital, LLC a private investment company.
Swanson serves on the Strategic Investment Committee for Daniel Capital Management, LTD and provides strategic allocation models and research for DCM's clients.
Mary Ann McGowan, Vice President
Mrs. McGowan has long standing experience in identifying and understanding consumer needs, as well as developing strategies to meet those needs. Mrs. McGowan began her professional career in sales, where her performance became a benchmark as she repeatedly earned a place among the top 3% of her peers. Mrs. McGowan has worked in product categories ranging from wholesale to luxury merchandising, she also has experience in personnel and product management, and was the director of key advertising accounts for a prominent radio media corporation. Mrs. McGowan's employers have included Nordstrom's Department Stores, Microsoft Inc., Marathon Media, and ROI Direct. Also an active volunteer, she was the founder and coordinator of the Missoula Buddy Walk - in memory of her son Daniel, and continues to work with the First Way pregnancy crisis center and Community Medical Clinic for children with special needs here in Missoula.
William (Andy) Emerson, President, USA Capital, Inc.
Emerson is a broker and has profitably managed clients' portfolios for over a decade, through the historic Bull market in the 1990's and the ensuing Bear markets following. Andy serves as a managing director of USA Capital, LLC, a private investment company, where he provides tactical position trading through the use of technical analysis and broad market trends. Emerson is also the President of USA Capital, Inc, which manages USA Capital, LLC, and serves as a Director of Daniel Capital Management, LTD (DCM).
Emerson serves on the Strategic Investment Committee for Daniel Capital Management, LTD, and implements tactical investment models for DCM's clients.
